One of the most welcoming, down-to-earth, and heartfelt churches I've ever attended. I was smiled at, greeted, and had my hand shaken at least 5 times before I was even seated. The sermons delivered by Pastor Corey Ross and associate Pastor Howdy Byars are delivered with passion and humor as well as a humble, God-fearing attitude. Folks, this place is the real deal! None of the pretentious attitudes I've gotten at some of Austin's mega-churches with their million dollar audio/video system and colliseum-style seating. This place has simple concrete floors and folding chairs. But you know what? It's plenty comfortable and you can definitely feel the Lord's presence here.

There's a lot of good reasons why I like this church but only one is important. I feel the Gods love is in this church. My family and I have been attending here for about 3 months, usually 3 times per month so we are no experts. The church though there are quite a few people attending has a very hometown and comfortable feel. I feel that the people that come to the church want to be there, they feel something to, and nobody is there because they feel they have to be there on Sunday. Like I said, I feel God's love in this church.
